St Giles House Wedding Photography
The Summer Wedding of Isobel & Geordie
I recently photographed the St. Giles House Wedding of Isobel & Geordie.
St Giles House is located at Wimborne St Giles in East Dorset, just south of Cranborne Chase. It is the ancestral seat of the Ashley-Cooper family, which the Earl of Shaftesbury heads.
Isobel found me and my documentary style of wedding photography through her father, a regular listener to the podcast I present with my good friend Neale.
St Giles House Wedding Photography - The Photofilm
All my clients receive a 4K photofilm, with images showcasing their weddings for friends and family. The Photofilm is perfect for keeping on smartphones or tablets but, more importantly, as a constant and easily accessible reminder of the wedding day.
Click the play button on the film below to follow the wedding day.
For several reasons, Documentary Wedding Photography is the perfect style for capturing weddings at St. Giles House in Dorset.
St. Giles House's rich history and stunning architecture provide a unique and picturesque backdrop for wedding celebrations. This historic venue exudes timeless elegance and charm, making it an ideal setting for documentary photography.
It was a beutiful day. The keen-eyed of you will notice two separate wedding ceremonies. Isobel & Geordie had a friend who is a vicar preside over the first ceremony and then "legally" tied the not with the local Dorset registrars shortly after.
The day was immaculate from start to end. The incredible light in the bridal suite makes my job easier, and the ceremony room is always lovely to photograph in.
