“Yesterday I attended Kevin’s street photography workshop in London, and what a brilliant day it was! I’ve learnt loads, but even more importantly I had an absolute blast on the day. Kevin’s a great teacher and was very approachable whenever I had any questions.
I left the day feeling inspired to get out and shoot, which is exactly what I’ll be doing this afternoon and over the weekend to put some of the ideas into practice. Thanks again, Kevin!”
Street Photography Workshops
Over 1,000 students have attended these sessions, and they sell out quickly.

The Street Photography workshops I run are intended to be hands-on and are designed to give you the most information possible.
No hiding information and that’s the reason most of my workshops are aimed at a very small amount of delegates. That way you will get all the advantages of working closely with me.
You can attend this street shooting day even if you don’t shoot with Fujifilm cameras.
These Street Photography Workshop are far more than a guided Photo Walk.
You will work with me through a series of exercises that will not only help you understand your camera more but will help you beat the fear of shooting on the street.
My workshops and tuition are available as one-to-one sessions via the Internet.

A little bit about Kevin as a Tutor, Educator and Speaker
I have been a full-time, professional photographer for over twelve years.
Before that, I ran a business in London, building websites and online marketing strategies for large corporations.
Along with the photography, I wrote a monthly "Business of Wedding Photography" column for three years for Professional Photographer Magazine.
I'm a proud member of Fujifilm’s select group of X Photographers, and in September 2013, I was part of the original X-Photographers meeting that took part in Tokyo.
There, I gave presentations on using the X-Series cameras to Press and Fujifilm staff. Along with me were Zack Arias, Bert Stephani and David Hobby, and we also spent time with the engineers and designers, giving feedback from the photography community with regard to the X-Series.
In 2014, I returned to Tokyo as a guest of Fujifilm again. This time, to speak at CP+ and again have some Research and Development time with the team.
You can also visit my Wedding Photography site to see more of that work, my Family Photography my Personal Photography and my community monochrome photography website.

My Story
My story is similar to many. Exhausted by a day job and a five-hour round commute, I decided to try something different.
This was back in 2008, and the rest, as they say, is history. Fast forward fourteen years, and I've photographed nearly 700 weddings worldwide, all with a documentary approach.
I have an unwavering love of honest, candid photography. This drives me with my photography of my own family and my client-based work.
I use Street Photography as my training ground, and the cathartic nature of shooting candidly on the streets is one I greatly enjoy.
The Fujifilm Connection
In early 2012, Fujifilm invited me to become the first official Wedding Photography Ambassador and subsequently invited me to Tokyo to discuss the Fujifilm X-Series of cameras and its future direction.
Since then, I've been to Japan several times and have spoken at conferences across the globe. However, my core goal is always to deliver emotive images, whether for wedding clients, family photography clients or commercial clients.
My ambition is never wavering on this front, and whilst the awards and ambassadorial roles are important, my clients are the ones that pay the bills.
As of 2021, I've photographed nearly 600 weddings, won many awards, and spoken at many events.
The journey continues, and whilst this part of my website is all about your education, I am still learning, too, and the fabric of photography is my medium.
Love Learning?
My philosophy on education is the same as my philosophy on photography; I aim to do them both candidly, honestly and without holding anything back.
I’ve been helping photographers for over 15 years.
I genuinely believe that anybody can become a photographer, and by that, I mean understanding exposure and how to press the button on the camera.
However, whilst I teach those core principles, I want to encourage people to understand that clients employ us for our observation skills, not our ability to press a button on the cameras.
All my photography workshops work around the core principles of light, composition and moment. Whether you attend a wedding, street, or social family photography workshop, we will concentrate on these parameters.
Nothing is held back. I’m an open book, and my ambition is for you to leave the sessions armed with new techniques, ideas and inspiration.
