Why I Love These Photos - Indian Wedding Shoot with Fujifilm X-T4

From the Vidaai at an Indian Wedding

From the Vidaai at an Indian Wedding

In this video, I look at a few images from an Indian Wedding that I photographed last year.

The stills that I discuss in the video are below.

What is the Vidaai?

The Vidaai is where, in Hindu Weddings, the bride's family bids an emotional farewell to their daughter as she heads off with her new husband.

It's always a very emotional part of the day that I have to photograph sympathetically as a documentary wedding photographer.

It was a beutiful day, full of colour, emotion and love.

The next day was to be the Western Dance Party in Ealing, and I will cover that in a subsequent entry on this website.

A Note on the Editing of these Photos

These photos were edited with my professional grade Lightroom Profiles using the Delta 800 Preset for the monochrome and Astia Profile base for the colour.
